Dame Vivienne Westwood opens "The Evolution Café," by We are the Reality Party E on April 30. 2015.
Dame Vivienne Westwood will be launching the new concept – The Evolution Café, by We are the Reality Party, whereby in return for assistance and sharing the work load – any family can ensure they are fed with nutritious, organic food grown on a local allotment.
“Good food doesn’t need to be the preserve of the rich,” says Dame Vivienne Westwood.
“Nor do people need to feel that no one is looking out for them and they simply can’t afford to put a good meal on the table”.
“The Evolution Café is the Good Life. Not what David Cameron has tried to con Britons into believing, where people have their welfare cut and go starving”.
Dame Vivienne Westwood’s son Joe Corré, is behind the concept. Corre has backed the Reality Party’s campaign nationally and is financing the Evolution Café concept.
He believes the Community Café concept can be rolled out to other areas, with Thanet South acting as a model.
The Evolution Café is the first Community Café in the area, adhering to Happy Monday’s Bez’s philosophies of Perma Culture, or ‘grow it and eat it and then grow it again’.
According to Dame Vivienne Westwood: “Ramsgate, part of Thanet South, is a place that has been preyed upon by UKIP because they believe that problems can be explained away by pointing fingers at others”.
“The reality is community’s like Ramsgate in Thanet South, need to look to each other for support and help”.
“The Evolution café is a fantastic concept I support”.
The owner of the Café, Nigel Askew, is the Real Pub Landlord and is a candidate for We are the Reality Party in South Thanet. He’s organised a 3-day Music Festival which aims to encourage people across the constituency to vote.
